Katy Perry showed off her new short hairdo and lots of cleavage on the red carpet at Monday night’s Costume Institute Benefit Gala held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, wearing a strapless gown by designer Moschino what featured a spraypainted graffiti design.

Instead of a clutch or a purse, the singer carried a can of Krylon spray paint, rebranded Moschino, on a gold chain and even had the designer’s name set into her fingernails.

Katy wasn’t the only one wearing Moschino — pop queen Madonna also wore a dress by the designer that featured the title of her latest album, “Rebel Heart.”

Katy’s date for the evening was Moschino Creative Director Jeremy Scott, while Madonna attended the shindig with producer Diplo.

While Kim Kardashian and younger sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner also attended the event, along with mom Kris Jennerwho Katy joked about when she had her hair cut — the singer tweeted out that she was hoping someone else in the family could have been there.

“I wish Bruce Jenner was debuting his fabulousness on the carpet at #TheMetBall tonight,” she wrote, “#itwouldbeeverything!!!”

Jenner confirmed his planned transition from a man to a woman last month in an interview with ABC’s Diane Sawyer, telling the newswoman that he’s dressed in women’s clothing numerous times in the past.

Monday night’s gala theme was “China: Through The Looking Glass,” and featured numerous designs inspired by the Asian nation.
