The reality is, if you’re serious about exercising, the process of working out will make you sweat. But game-changing new technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology might make sipping your post-workout smoothie in sweat-soaked spandex a thing of the past.

Researchers at MIT designed a moisture-responsive workout suit and running shoes that keep you cool via ventilation flaps that open and close based on your body temperature. Sort of like your own bio-responsive air conditioner….
